  • There is NO cut off time for the 400m Dash, walkers welcome!

BIB COLLECTION

  • Bibs will include an embedded timing chip and are to be worn on the FRONT of your running top/singlet.

  • Bib Collection will be available on the day from the bib collection area (in the undercover area next to the track) from 7:15am.

  • Please aim to arrive 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your event to allow for parking and bib collection

START PROCESS

  • All runners/walkers should be ready 5 minutes prior to the start time. Access to the start line will be through the gate near the finish line on the outer edge of the track.

  • Please follow instructions of the marshals as to when to move through the gate and to the start line.

  • Runners will start individually approximately every 10 seconds (time trial style)

  • Dependant on numbers, runners may be called based on specific estimated finish times, to make for a safe and enjoyable event (if you are unsure, please start at the back).

  • NOTE: There is no need to rush, as your net time will not start until you have crossed the start line (and all results are based on this net time)
